Our Policies

a. Our delivery services only cover mainland Singapore. Off-shore islands or overseas destinations are beyond our coverage.

b. If the recipient is not at the specified address at the specified time, the product will be left with somebody willing to recieve on behalf, such as a colleague, family member or friend. If this is not possible, there will be a $15 additional charge to make another delivery. The order cannot be cancelled at this stage.

We reserve the right to substitute items in your order without prior notice. Substitution is sometimes necessary for the following reasons:

a) In order to ensure that your order arrives on time.

b) Due to seasonal fluctuations in supply. In single-variety arrangements, variety takes precedence over colour. For example, if "red roses" are not available, we will substitute with roses of another colour, and not another type of flower.

2) Substitution Policy

a) In the event that your order cannot be fulfilled for various reasons e.g. critical items being out of stock, a full refund will be made.

b) In the event that the order arrives in bad condition (e.g. damaged, crushed), and is rejected by the recipient immediately upon delivery, we will arrange for a replacement to be made as soon as possible. No refund will be made.

c) If you wish to cancel the order, please call (65) 6220 3550 immediately.

REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AT THE DISCRETION OF THE COMPANY  MANAGEMENT.

The amount of refund granted will depend on various factors e.g. whether the flowers have been ordered from the supplier. You will be notified via e-mail.

Privacy Statement

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
